Andrew is the owner of Abode Real Estate. He has been successfully selling property in Perth’s western suburbs for over 15 years, amassing sales in excess of $500 million. Andrew comes from a strong sales and marketing background, both on a consumer and corporate level, dating back to 1992.

Andrew is acutely aware of the challenging nature of the real estate industry and, therefore, the importance of clear communication. His renowned ability to get seemingly impossible deals “done” is matched only by his remarkable enthusiasm for all things real estate. Put simply, Andrew is determined to exceed clients’ expectations by creating unique opportunities and delivering exceptional results.

Andrew’s awards include the highly prestigious award of Grandmaster Salesperson with REIWA for multiple years, representing consistent sales in excess of $60 million per year, Master Salesperson & Top 5 Unassisted Salesperson by Value Sold in 2020/2021, positioning him in the State’s top 1% of real estate salespeople.

Outside of work, Andrew is an enthusiastic golfer and a busy family man with four delightful children and a crazy golden retriever. Family time is a priority and date night with wife Di remains a weekly highlight. Andrew is also a committed and passionate charity auctioneer, calling auctions for many worthwhile causes such as the WA Museum, Telethon, Type 1 Diabetes Family Centre and Special Olympics WA.
