Mark Cadman

Mark is a motivated and energetic person with a reputation as one of the industry’s true gentlemen. He possesses a genuine concern for each client, prioritising the importance of communication and valuing the development of long-term relationships over short-term wins.

As a founding partner of Link, Mark has extensive experience across the real estate sector, acting on behalf of an impressive range of institutional, corporate and private clients.

Mark has cultivated an encyclopaedic knowledge of the Western Sydney market since his real estate career commenced in 1989. As one of NSW’s finest industrial agents, he led Jones Lang LaSalle’s successful western Sydney industrial business. Along the way, he has been awarded a number of accolades including Jones Lang LaSalle’s Highest Industrial Fee Earner in 2009.

Beyond real estate, Mark is community focused and has proudly served as a Rotarian. He is also a keen surfer and golfer, though his true passion is being with his wife Sarah and three children – Sammy, Ted and Cassy.
