Kevin Watson

Kevin was born in the far north of Canada, he might not sound Australian but he has felt Australian as soon as he was allowed to apply for it in 1996.

Having managed an impressive personal property portfolio, Kevin knows real estate in a way that not many agents do. He not only purchased and has lived in his family home in Ipswich since 1994, but he has purchased a number of other investment residential properties, such is his belief and committment in the city.

With a decade of expericence in the home renovation industry in Canada, Kevin is able to give you timely advice on the practicalities of renovations - what pays off and what doesn't and ways to make the changes happen without breaking the bank. This advice is included in his services - a cup of tea and a bikkie are all that is required. A glass of wine will probably also do the trick.

Although he is a wine maker by trade, he has 25 years sales experience in the wine, solar, home renovation and real estate industries. This experience will ensure that you get the best price possible for your home when you decide to sell.

Specialties

I love Colonials and Queenslanders. My wife and I have lived in an Ipswich Colonial for 24 years (which was built in 1886) before selling it recently to undertake a rural lifestyle. My wife and I now own a 20 acre rural property in Marburg. Veggie patch, flower beds, chooks and horses in place already - goats, pigs, dogs, cats and Ilamas still to come (that's just for starters).
