Real Estate was a chosen career path for Richard, following his wife Frances into the business. Before working in Real Estate, Richard was State Manager for a multi-national oil company for many years. He learned the art of selling during that period of time and a most significant lesson was how to negotiate a successful outcome for his clients. That knowledge has helped Richard enormously in Real Estate.
