Leah’s extensive experience in the industry and excellent organisational abilities make her an invaluable member of the Ballard Property team. Leah has an in-depth knowledge of the area, having lived here all her life, and regularly draws on this to support both the Ballard team and the clients looking to buy property.

Leah’s background in property management gives her a strong understanding of the real estate market, something that she draws on regularly in her current role as Accounts Manager.

“My role requires me to work closely with the Ballard team and with clients, managing outgoing costs including strata, council and water bills, reconciling trust accounts, managing rent and drawing up end-of-year financial statements. But having a background in property management means that I am focused on the people behind the numbers. This is an industry about people. It is the lives behind it all that matters.”
