Now officer in effective control and Director of Gagliardi Scott Real Estate, I began my real estate career back in 1998 and am now a fully licensed real estate agent and auctioneer.

My knowledge of the local area and high sale success in both commercial and residential has seen me establish a vast database of clients that spans both interstate and international borders!

I am one of regional Victoria's most notable commercial Real Estate Agents and am responsible for leading Gagliardi Scott Real Estate’s team of property specialists. My main focus is in the Goulburn and Murray Valley’s residential and commercial property sectors.

With over 18 years’ experience in property investment, development, acquisitions and disposals; I have extensive knowledge of the many facets of the commercial real estate industry including sales, leasing, consultancy, feasibility analysis and forecasting.

With a key focus over the past 7 years on the regions’ premium commercial development sites, industrial, retail assets and landmark Shepparton CBD buildings; I have been engaged by large organisations such as Telstra, Coca-Cola Amatil, Woolworths and Coles to deal with their local property interests. My expertise, attention to detail and high success rates see me regularly working alongside the nation’s leading commercial real estate agencies.

With my know-how, intuition and intellectual investment in the regions’ commercial property market continuing to rise, my range of accomplishments have seen me achieve a record personal best in the 2016/17 financial year, selling various sales of large commercial offices, retail and accommodation buildings, industrial warehouses and land, multiple development sites, night clubs, pubs and smaller boutique sites for shedding.
