About Christine Garnham

Christine has over 16 years’ experience within the Property Industry, having successfully carried out the role of Business Manager/ Associate Director within a well-respected and successful city based project management firm from 1994 – 2005.


It was Christine’s sole responsibility in the undertaking of all financial aspects associated within the Business Group, reporting directly to the joint Managing Directors. Her role also included:


the overseeing, planning and management of its business finances, cash flows and the management of its professional staff, plus the undertaking of:


Projects’ Cost Management


Client & Contractor Liaisons, and


Project Sales & Marketing, including monitoring of the post construction Defects Liability processes.


Christine joined Life Property Group (now rebranded Bridge Real Estate) in 2006 in the role of Research Officer. In 2007 she was appointed to the role of Group Marketing Manager. In 2010 Christine also took on the role of Chief Administrative Officer – Strata and in March 2014 attained her Certificate in Strata Management.


Christine carries out all administrative works associated with Strata, including correspondences, preparation and circulation of meeting agendas and minutes, budgets, risk management and also the calling of tenders / quotes for various works required by each Strata and the issuing of Work Orders and management of works, plus processing of contractor invoices for payment.


With a strong administrative background and demonstrated understanding of associated administrative and building related matters, this has strongly supported Christine when serving concurrently on Strata Executive Committees.
