About Richard Impiombato

Richard Impiombato’s twenty years in property have taught him as much about people as it has about real estate. And that has stood him in good stead as he’s set up Modo Property, a company intent on giving clients the best service possible.
Previously he was the Senior Director of Auctions and Investments at a major international property group. He also owned and ran a branch office for another corporate commercial firm for many years.
Richard has called more than 6,000 properties as a professional auctioneer, and is a two-time finalist in the prestigious Real Estate Institute of Queensland Auctioneer of the Year competition.
On a personal level, Richard is a second generation real estate agent, happily married, and a proud father to his daughter, Amelia.
