There was never any doubt in Jim’s mind that his vocation was to be a real estate agent. Jim wisely followed his instincts in 1985 and has never looked back, forging a highly successful career.

Jim operated his own real estate business for seven years, which concentrated on delivering a boutique service that ensured close personal contact with clients. Jim says “It is imperative to genuinely get to know your clients, because only by listening and understanding their needs can you achieve the best result for them.”

Jim loves the fact that every property brings a new challenge, ultimately resulting in finding the right match for his clients. His approachable manner and honest work ethic have created a long list of loyal clients, of which his endless list of personal referrals attest to.

Put simply, working once with Jim develops into an association for life – it’s unlikely you’ll want to deal with anyone else.

Born, bred and still living in the City of Moonee Valley, Jim knows the area like the back of his hand, sharing a great interest in community events. In his down-time, Jim enjoys gardening, kayaking and dabbling in photography, also holding a real passion is collecting and restoring antiques.
