Kellie started her career with Gunn & Co over fifteen years ago, learning her craft and all facets of the rental industry under the close tutelage of Anthony & Tanya Gunn. Starting with managing the rental arrears, maintenance, contractor management and rent receipting before being gaining her real estate agent license, she was then promoted to Rental Department Manager and has lead this division of the Gunn & Co since, creating a brand and a local awareness within the community of Williamstown and its surrounding areas.
Having listed and leased a considerable variety of local properties over her career, Kellie understands the deliverables required for successful property management and is well placed to offer honest advice when leasing your property, current market rental rates and thorough assessment of all prospective tenancies.
