Gianni Redolatti

In 2008, Gianni Redolatti joined SVN Commercial (then called Vicus Commercial) as co-director and shareholder, and was pivotal in the establishment of the residential division and then later, SVN Perth, the parent company incorporating SVN Commercial and SVN Strata.

Gianni's roles within the Group range from overseeing sales and asset management to corporate governance and ongoing financial administration.

He has extensive experience in land selection, tender preparations, feasibility costs, negotiating acquisitions, managing and financing property development, conducting sales/leasing transactions, overseeing asset management, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and industry regulations.

Gianni holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons.), a Diploma in Property (Real Estate), a Diploma in Financial Planning, is a registered builder and a licensed Real Estate Agent. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Building, the Institute of Engineers Australia and REIWA.
