Lynley is Hayden’s longest-standing employee, having worked in the Ocean Grove office space when it was a milk bar in her teens! While Lynley has changed from selling lollies to lovely homes, her friendly, approachable nature and care and attention to her customers remain the same.

Growing up, Lynley always intended to leave Ocean Grove for Melbourne; she never made it as she met a local boy and fell in love.
