Ben’s humble beginnings saw him cut his teeth in property in the Sutherland Shire during the GFC, where property prices were retreating up to 40% at the time. That’s a market that no other local Inner West agent has weathered. His past experience in construction has bestowed him with an extensive knowledge of the DA and building space and an understanding of how to cost-effectively add value to a property. While family is his biggest passion, property rates a close second, closely followed by his great love of music and performance.
