Enjoying a Property Management and Sales career spanning over 20 years, Maria Kathopoulis is as excited about Darwin’s real estate industry today as she was at her very first ‘open for inspection’. As our gun Sales Manager, Maria is passionate about transforming the lives of her clients by helping them transition from one phase of life to another. A natural people person and communicator who values genuine connection, Maria sets an admirable example with her care, frankness and proactive attitude to work.

Maria is an avid investor, giving her a unique understanding of the value of creating wealth and independence through property acquisition. She is highly disciplined with excellent attention to detail, making sure that matters are followed up promptly.

Being born and raised in Darwin, Maria loves the beauty of the NT, treasuring her close friendships, and both the city and foreshore lifestyles (and the many territory BBQs!). Working closely with her mother and sisters at Absolute Real Estate is a joy and privilege, with family being a top priority for Maria.

When she isn’t working, family weekends away fishing, crabbing and boating are where you will find Maria, happy as can be.
