23 years of experience in Property Management, my role in our family business as Department Manager includes training new team members, ongoing one on one training and coaching, group training, and establishing and monitoring procedures and performance.
I pride myself on being a leader to our team and making a difference – not only to our awesome team, but for our clients who have access to our team’s developed expertise and my experience. I have exceptionally high standards. I am honest, nurturing, approachable, moral and fair.
I was born and bred in Darwin and I am blessed to work with my family each day. We are all very close and relish being in each other's lives both personally and professionally – essentially this happens all the time!
Outside of the office, I love the Darwin lifestyle of the outdoors, which I enjoy with my three children, family, and friends. We live in a beautiful, tropical place that we make the most of.
