As a Real Estate professional who has been actively involved in the Melbourne Commercial market for over 21 years, I have developed my own style and approach to fulfilling the needs of tenants and landlords that has reaped significant rewards for all involved.

It is through self-confidence and knowledge of the market place that has allowed me to place myself as a respected and successful property professional in what has often been a volatile, troubled and depressed market place.

At no point in my career have I ever let market slumps dictate or erode my expectations of myself and the high targets I set.

In 2010 we opened Eildon Real Estate and these principles have served me well in the development and growth of the Eildon Real Estate business.

This is my approach and my belief when it comes to making opportunities’ in the Eildon and Lake District area. I keep myself motivated by never looking at a property as a problem, rather looking at something that simply needs a different approach to achieve a suitable result.

I am proud and this flows on to my work. It is what I have done for many years and it is something that I am still passionate about after all this time.

• Fully Qualified Fitter and Turner

• Swinburne Institute of Technology – Certificate of Business Studies focus on Industrial Engineering. Operations management – Work Study.

• Licenced Real Estate Agent.

PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

I completed my apprenticeship as Fitter and Turner in April 1982 – Edward Greenhalgh Pty Ltd Eildon Victoria.

I then spent time travelling throughout Queensland and New South Wales and Fiji. During this time I held a variety of positions namely Maintenance Operator dealing with Heavy Moving Equipment, this also included experience with Cattle Mustering, Station Hand work, Tunnel Excavator and operated my own business in relation to Engineering & Maintenance at Cattle Stations. Upon my return to Victoria I followed my passion for design and re-entered the Engineering field starting off and a Maintenance Fitter then rising through the ranks to become Head Project Engineer (Design).

Then fell into the World of Commercial Real Estate.
