Jo has been in real estate servicing the Northern Suburbs of Geelong for 20 years and has nurtured a team of professionals that has grown dramatically in size.

Having owned Ray White Lara and Ray White Corio since 2008, Jo’s businesses were bursting at the seams and has relocated.

“Having outgrown our office space at Corio due to a need to recruit extra team members to join our very successful team, Ray White Corio has merged with Ray White Lara to form a super office to service Geelong's Northern Suburbs,” Ms Boothroyd said.

“Ray White Lara & Northern Suburbs will now operate out of the Lara Office. It provides a modern, spacious environment with ample parking and high exposure. So the team are very excited about the move.”

“The team is made of people who are customer focused and area experts, so our team that operate in Corio will continue to do that with the same energy. It’s just that their home base is now five minutes away from their original location.”

Aware that many local residents are time poor, Jo says the business has brought a conveyancing company in-house to ensure the real estate process is as easy as possible for her clients.

“Many people in Geelong commute to Melbourne for work everyday and the reality is, they don’t have a lot of spare time. Our aim is to make life easier for our clients and save them time.

That’s why we brought a local company, Connect Conveyancing, into our office - it creates a one-stop-shop for our clients,” Jo explains.

"We are extremely excited to launch into 2015 bigger and better then ever.”
