Andrew Henderson's passion for real estate transcends the boundaries of a mere career—it's his avenue for wealth creation.

With over two decades of experience, Andrew has both owned and invested in numerous beachside properties in the Mermaid Beach and Miami areas.

As the principal of his family-operated real estate agency and a director for the Professionals Real Estate Group, Andrew's roles are diverse. He chairs the Gold Coast zone of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ), has authored two books on the property industry, and is recognized as an award-winning agent.

Coming from a lineage of real estate professionals and having grown up in Mermaid Beach, Andrew's expertise has been nationally acknowledged when he was listed among the top 10 sales agents in Queensland for the Professionals Real Estate Group and his exemplary performance also previously earned him the prestigious Professionals Queensland's Sales Executive of the Year Award.

Under Andrew's leadership, his agency is recognised as a leading office within the Professionals Group nationally. The agency was honoured in the past as the best in its category at the Real Estate Institute of Queensland awards and has also been a state finalist.
