In his role as Sales Manager, Joe overseas daily operations of the sales team, offering full support to all team members and in turn providing them the advantage of a knowledgeable second opinion and achieving favourable outcomes at all times. He also prides himself on offering all his clients the utmost in professionalism, speed, friendliness and listens intensely to what his clients truly require. Having completing a business and marketing degree at RMIT, he excited with the prospect of a career in real estate and joined the family business in 1991 at the early age of 19 and never looked back.

His spare time is shared with his lovely wife and 2 wonderful girls with enjoying the outdoors, Melbourne's great restaurants and travel always bring at the top of his list. His passions are motorcycle touring/adventures, camping, caravanning, fishing, motor sports, studies of influential people and thirst of knowledge in the art of helping others and living a fulfilled life.
