Cooinda Properties is a family owned boutique and results driven real estate agency based in Toowoomba. Our mission is to facilitate investment in commercial property as a vehicle for wealth creation and help individuals buy and sell with ease.

Led by Michelle M.Kennedy who is an award winning sales person and has worked in customer service and sales all of her working life. Starting in real estate in 2011 as a buyers agent she then moved to residential sales in 2017 and now focuses on commercial sales as of March 2019. Working closely with developers Cooinda Properties delivers an innovative and strategic marketing campaign from project conception through to final sale.
